I seek out Hamel each time I make my appointment. This is because he is a highly qualified, consummate professional with a calming air and a great listening ear. I have no doubt as to his ability to provide me with a sound, accurate eye test and prescription. He has a real passion for his work and this shows in the great care he takes. He also takes the time to make sure he understands your answers to his questions as he doesn't rush you into making decisions (e.g. brighter on the red or the green...etc). This is a great comfort to someone like me who has a very high prescription and doesn't want to make a mistake. I find him very fair, patient and I get straight answers and no big sell. I can't recommend him highly enough.
